Aquatic Therapy

MaxAbility has partnered with All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC to provide high quality aquatic therapy.  Aquatic Therapy provides many therapeutic benefits for children with a variety of diagnoses and skill levels.  We will provide Occupational, Speech-Language, and Physical Therapies.

The many properties of water offer incredible benefits

  • Hydrostatic pressure: Allows continual sensory input, creating a calming effect

  • Buoyancy: Supports the body, helping reduce pressure on joints

  • Temperature: Warm water soothes muscles, decreasing pain

  • Viscosity: Increases reaction time, allowing for improved motor planning
