MaxAbility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. Full time, part time, and PRN position(s) available in clinic settings in Omaha, Nebraska.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
• New graduates considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients and support them in achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes. We are expanding our team and looking for a compassionate, skilled, and driven Physical Therapist to join us.

Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will work directly children and adults in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans to help children and adults improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. You will also provide guidance and education to clients and their families and caregivers, empowering them to participate in their therapy journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of children’s physical capabilities and developmental milestones.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and motor skills.
• Work collaboratively with a team of pediatric specialists, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical professionals.
• Educate and guide families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and progress notes.
• Stay informed on the latest pediatric therapy techniques, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working with adult and pediatric patients preferred, but new graduates with a passion for multigenerational care are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
